Incentivio owns the digital order. Loyalist owns the guest.
Incentivio puts online ordering, loyalty and marketing on one platform for multi-unit brands, and for a chain with a large app-ordering base that consolidation is worth real money. Loyalist’s difference is a record built from the room: it reads the book, syncs private dining, and briefs the host before service, not a profile built outward from the app.
Incentivio
A digital ordering and guest engagement platform.
- 01Digital ordering is a real share of revenue and you want to own it rather than rent it from a marketplace.
- 02You are a franchise or multi-unit brand and need location-level and franchisee-level reporting, not just brand averages.
- 03Replacing your ordering stack is on the table, and one vendor for ordering plus loyalty is the simplification you want.
Loyalist
The AI platform that turns guest data into revenue.
- 01You want one profile per guest, built from all your guest data, and personalized campaigns that drive revenue from the table, not only the order.
- 02You want to replace nothing. The POS, the book and the events tool stay exactly where they are, and the guest record assembles above them.
- 03You want reservations, reviews and private events on the profile, which an ordering-led model has no route to.
Incentivio and Loyalist, axis by axis.
Both unify guest data for multi-unit brands. The split is the front door: a digital order, or a reservation and a check.
| Axis | Incentivio | Loyalist |
|---|---|---|
| Built around | Branded online ordering, with loyalty and marketing on it. | A guest profile from POS, reservations, reviews and events, so the table is as visible as the order. |
| Who it is for | Multi-unit and franchise brands, mostly fast casual. | Full-service hospitality groups, from one room to fifty locations. |
| Replaces | Your online ordering and your loyalty program. | Nothing. It reads from the stack you already run. |
| Where the guest is captured | The digital order and the loyalty sign-up. | The booking, the check, the review and the private event. |
Where the two overlap, and what usually happens next.
Incentivio runs a real restaurant CDP behind its ordering, reading the point of sale as well as the app. Take a Friday four-top: they book on Resy, drink two bottles of Barolo, leave a review, then call in November about the back room. Loyalist makes those one guest and bills the December invite in covers. Three of the four never touch an ordering stack.
- Guest engagement campaigns driven off ordering data
- Email and SMS marketing to guest segments
- Automated campaigns off guest behavior
- Online and mobile ordering, loyalty and upsells
- See the tables a campaign booked, not only the orders it drove
- Reservations and private dining on the guest record
- Notes and tags written back into the reservation book before service
- Private dining booked by contract, landing on the guest record
- Two-way SMS where a reply books the table without leaving the screen
What you get with Loyalist.
- Fill tables, not only order queues. Loyalist weights the booking and the check. Incentivio runs a real restaurant CDP, but it is assembled outward from digital ordering.
- Capture the booking and the buyout. Resy, SevenRooms, OpenTable, Tripleseat and Perfect Venue all feed the profile. An ordering-led model has no route to either.
- Brief the host before service. Notes and tags reach the reservation book before service, so the host is briefed. Ordering platforms reach the guest through the app.
- Keep your stack and add the record. The POS, the book and the events tool stay where they are, and the record assembles above them. Incentivio asks you to move ordering onto it.
- Report covers, not order volume. Campaign results are reported in the tables they booked rather than the orders they drove.

Why operators love Loyalist.
It’s like having both a cheat code and a short cut simultaneously to doing better work faster.
Gabriel Stulman Happy Cooking Loyalist has helped us better understand and segment our guests so we can be more thoughtful about how we stay connected.
Ellen Yin High Street Hospitality Group Loyalist has become indispensable to what we do.
Cedric Nicaise The Noortwyck Top restaurant groups use Loyalist daily:
Does Loyalist do online ordering?
No. Loyalist is a guest data, CRM and loyalty platform. It reads from the ordering you already run, including delivery, and resolves it onto the same profile as the check and the booking.
Can we use both?
Yes. If Incentivio runs your ordering and loyalty, Loyalist can still assemble the wider guest record from your POS, reservations, reviews and events. They are not on our integrations hub today, so the two run side by side rather than syncing.
When is Incentivio the better choice?
When digital ordering is the growth story and you want it, loyalty and marketing from one vendor. For a franchise brand with a large app-ordering base, that consolidation is worth a lot. Loyalist sits above an ordering stack rather than replacing one.
When is Loyalist the better choice?
When most of your revenue never touches a digital order. The booking, the check and the back room all land on one guest, the note reaches the host before service, and campaigns report the covers they filled. Nothing you run today gets replaced to get there.
Which is better for a full-service restaurant, Incentivio or Loyalist?
Incentivio runs a restaurant CDP alongside its ordering, so it sees the point of sale as well as the app. The split is the front of house. Loyalist reads your reservation book and writes notes and tags back into it before service, syncs private dining from Tripleseat and Perfect Venue, and reports a campaign in the covers it booked rather than the orders it drove. In a full-service room that is most of the job.
Where does private dining fit?
On the guest record. Loyalist syncs Tripleseat and Perfect Venue, so the buyout that paid for your December lands against the guest who booked it. A buyout is arranged by email and contract and never passes through an ordering flow, which is why ordering-led platforms do not see it.
We run fast-casual and full-service. What then?
Then both arguments are partly right. Where the order is the front door, an ordering-led platform sees more. Where the booking and the check are, Loyalist sees more.
Does Loyalist need a guest-facing app?
No. Nothing in Loyalist asks a guest to install or join anything. The work lands on your side, in the reservation book and the pre-shift report.
